Dear applicants,

Please be informed that all applications for an Employment National type D visa may be submitted without the need for prior approval from the Embassy of Greece in New Delhi.
However, applicants must ensure that the embassy has already received their employment papers before applying. If the papers have not been received, the Embassy will reject the application.

Applicants or their Agency are the sole responsible for deciding under which article or category they wish to apply. The Embassy and GVCW are not responsible for incorrect categorization.
Please be advised that if an application is submitted under an incorrect category, the Embassy may reject the application.
